・Our hotel enforces a no-shoes policy indoors. This prevents dirt from outside and allows guests to relax more comfortably without their shoes.

 

 

・The hotel features hardwood flooring in all rooms and common areas. This prevents mold and mites caused by moisture and allows for easy removal of dust and dirt that may not be visible on carpets. The floors are also easy to clean with a wet mop, ensuring cleanliness.

From an ecological perspective, we do not iron or starch bed sheets, pillows, or duvet covers.

 

Of course, we provide clean items that have been washed and dried, but the natural wrinkles remain as they are.Furthermore, during extended stays, we do not replace bath towels that are not dirty and have been hung up to dry on the towel rack.If you would like them replaced, please leave them on the floor of the shower room.
